A stable and well organized mind is indispensable for those seeking fulfillment. Emotional balance allows us to utilize all potential we have and it allows to better manage relationships. Yoga aims human fulfillment at all levels. In this workshop we will have 4 classes, with theory and practice, for experience the essential yoga teachings.

From sunday to wednesday (Practice and theory). We will study the essencial yoga teachings and we will have introductory Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes. The course it will be held in English. There are only 20 places available. Yoga mat included.

About Bruno

Bruno Bartulić is Brazilian-Croat from São Paulo. He has been always enrolled in extreme sports, like surf and climbing. He also practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 10 years with Master Moises Muradi. Besides that, have technical degree in constructions and worked in this field for some years. Looking for a better life style, he moved to Florianopolis, south of Brazil. There, he intensively studied yoga and started to teach in 2001. In his trips to India, studied Ashtanga with Sri K. Patabhi Jois and vedanta with Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Cyclist and ecologist, Bruno believes that together we can build a harmonic society and that yoga can help in this process. When teaching he focuses at same time, flow and precise alignment. He regularly writes for Brazilian magazines and for his website: yogasp.com. He gives workshops in several cities around the world. Lived in Croatia in 2008, Portugal in 2009 and nowadays is living in France where he studies political sciences at Sciences Po-Bordeaux. Bruno considers the yoga practice a deep self-study, which brings inspiration, vitality and balance. Once a year, gives intensive teacher trainings in Brazil and Portugal.
